This stretcher is compatible with both the right and left sides and is designed for regular type sneakers, dress shoes, flats, or low top shoes. Please note that this stretcher is not suitable for boots, cowboy boots, high heels, or steel/rubber toe footwear.

Target stretch: The FootFitter Vamp & Instep Stretcher is specifically designed to raise the height of the instep and vamp area without affecting the width. It helps alleviate pressure on the top of your foot when wearing tight-fitting shoes. Take your time and proceed slowly when using the stretcher. We recommend leaving it in your shoes for at least 8 hours or overnight.
